Please give Carsten my best wishes for his Birthday when you see him today. He tried to call me the other day when he was in Hamburg, but I couldn't get a hold of him. Buy him a beer on me and tell him some dirty jokes like in the good ol' times. Can't think of any? Ok, then just talk to him about the good ol' times :-)
